About TenderWolf
Start with an advantage.
How it started
TenderWolf was born in 2013 out of frustration. Architecture firms bidding on public contracts were stuck with clunky, outdated platforms that made the process harder rather than easier. We started with a small, focused tool that finally made finding relevant tenders workable.
What began as a solution for one sector gradually grew into a platform for all businesses active in public procurement. Step by step, matching was refined, coverage expanded, and analysis deepened. The rise of AI added another dimension: from specification analysis and AI Quickscan to market insights based on historical award data.
From tender alerts to tender intelligence
Good matching is where it starts — and what we've been building for over ten years. Getting the right tenders to the right company at the right time: that remains the core of what we do.
But public tenders contain far more information than a publication alone. Who wins where, at what price, with what approach? What's in the specification, and what does it concretely mean for your chances? We're turning that information, step by step, into an intelligence layer you can query contextually — tailored to your company, your sector, your questions.
And it doesn't stop there. We're working on AI that doesn't just help you search and analyze, but supports you in writing stronger bids. From tender alerts to tender intelligence — that's the direction we're building in.
Transparency as a principle
We believe strongly in the value of public procurement, and in the role transparency plays in a fairer society. There is still much work to be done — including on our end. That's why we try to be as transparent as possible ourselves: our pricing is public, our matching is fully visible, you can configure and change everything yourself, and we don't need lock-in contracts or registered letters.
Every feature — from AI Quickscan to competitor screening — is available on every plan. The difference between plans is in volume and country coverage, not in capabilities.
