Every plan — including Free — gives you access to all TenderWolf features. There are no feature gates: search profiles, AI Quickscan, screening, market insights, TenderForecast and specification analysis are available on every plan. The difference is in the number of credits, country coverage and support level.

What’s always free, regardless of your plan: unlimited search profiles (TenderDNA), searching, filtering and reading tenders, daily email alerts (shareable with multiple people), downloading specifications, and continuous updates.

Free Plan

The Free plan is not a stripped-down trial — it’s a fully functional account with all tools.

You get a one-time 3,000 starter credits to try everything. After that, your balance is topped up to 750 credits monthly (whenever it drops below 750). You choose 1 European country as your coverage. No credit card required, no time limit.

Standard Plan — €79 per month

€79 per month or €790 per year (pay 10 months).

Everything in Free, plus 5,000 credits per month and email support. You choose 1 country for coverage.

Suitable for companies that regularly bid on public tenders and need more analysis capacity than the Free plan provides.

Professional Plan — €149 per month

€149 per month or €1,490 per year (pay 10 months).

Everything in Standard, plus 15,000 credits per month and priority support. Expandable to all European countries — the plan for companies operating internationally.

Enterprise Plan — Custom Pricing

Accounts and Users

Each plan is for 1 user account. You can forward the daily email alerts to multiple colleagues, and accounts can be shared. Full teamworking with multiple logins and roles is on our roadmap.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-term?

Upgrading: Yes, at any time. You pay the difference pro-rata for the current period.

Downgrading: Yes, at the end of your current billing period.

Can I cancel monthly?

Yes. With monthly billing, you can cancel monthly, without penalty. With annual billing, the minimum period is 1 year.

Do I get a discount for annual billing?

Yes. You pay 10 months instead of 12. That works out to €66/month for Standard and €124/month for Professional.

Are there any other costs?

No. The price you see is everything. No hidden costs, no setup fees, no consulting costs.

Does it cost credits to download specifications?

No. Downloading specifications is always free with every plan. Credits are only used for professional tools like AI Quickscan, screening, company pages and export.
